Please understand that we cannot process unannounced shipments. To ensure your return is handled quickly and efficiently, please complete the form below.

Important information:

Supplier error: If the reason for the return is due to a supplier error, please complete the form below. Lotus will contact you to arrange the return of the goods. After receiving and inspecting the items, a credit note for the invoice amount will be issued.
No supplier error: If the reason for the return is not caused by the supplier, please complete the form below and return the goods to our address. Please note: We only accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date. After receiving and inspecting the items, Lotus will issue a credit note for the value of the goods. A 20% processing fee will be deducted, with a minimum deduction of 15 euros. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
